Regions are provided by Keldra. Enable the regions you want for each WHMCS connection, then choose an enabled region for each storage product you offer.

Service lifecycle

What happens
Active
Customers can authenticate and use their authorised storage.
Suspended
New authentication is blocked. Existing sessions can continue until they expire.
Restored
Authentication is re-enabled for the customer service.
Terminated
Service credentials are revoked. Stored files are retained, not automatically deleted.
Suspension and termination are access operations. They are not an instruction to erase the customer’s files.
