Search text fields by words and phrases.
Search text fields by words and phrases.

Find support notes, articles and descriptions from remembered text rather than an exact filename.
Full-text indexing searches the text fields you choose using analysed words and phrase positions. Help people find articles, support notes and descriptions without knowing the exact object name, with results subject to their authorisation.
FIND WHAT MATTERS IN YOUR DATA

Remembered words can lead back to the right document.

Important information ends up under unclear names and across different collections. People remember fragments: a phrase from a document, a project name or a customer's name, not its file path.
Index the supported text fields your application supplies. Keldra uses those fields to find matching objects while keeping the original content available for download.
SEARCH IN THE WORDS PEOPLE USE

What people might remember

“customer onboarding checklist”
“Q3 pricing review”
“policy for remote working”
“draft contract acme”
A phrase query matches the indexed word positions. Exact IDs, status fields and other business constraints use their declared field indexes instead of being treated as prose.

From indexed text to the original document

Choose text fields, match analysed terms or phrases, apply the user's permissions and open the matching objects.

1. Index your content

Choose the text fields to analyse. Supply extracted text when the original is a PDF, image or other binary file: Keldra does not automatically add OCR or document extraction.

2. Match terms and phrases

Term queries find analysed words. Phrase queries use their positions to distinguish words appearing together from words scattered across a document.

3. Respect permissions

Custom-realm queries use the subject and authorisation relation selected for that input, so the application receives the results that subject may see.

4. Open the original

Fetch the matching object when its content is needed. The index helps find the file; it does not replace it with a proprietary export format.

Add word and phrase search to your stored records.

Help your teams find the information they need without maintaining a separate file-by-file search loop.

Save time

Find relevant content without chasing colleagues or guessing filenames.

Reduce duplication

Help people discover existing work before creating another copy in another tool.

Keep access explicit

Relevance decides which matching result ranks higher. Authorisation decides who may see it.
